About Me – Stefan Danu

I’m Stefan Danu, a realism tattoo artist based in Peterborough, UK, with nearly a decade of experience in custom black & grey, colour realism and complex cover-ups.

My work focuses on detail, clean execution and lasting quality. Every tattoo is custom-designed and planned carefully so the composition, contrast and fine details remain clear as it heals and ages.

I create black & grey and colour realism tattoos, working from each client’s idea to produce a design that feels personal and balanced. I also specialise in cover-ups, transforming old or unwanted tattoos into clean, cohesive new work.

I currently work at Ink Island Tattoo Studio in Peterborough, in a professional studio environment.

For me, tattooing is about creating detailed, meaningful work that is built to last.
